These private developmental healing empowerment playgroups are 12 weeks in Upper Manhattan.

These personal development groups are limited to 7-10 women. (Sorry men – you can still do 1-on-1 coaching!) Partial scholarships are available if needed.

My unique process is based on the divine feminine with a healing and empowering mix of the law of attraction, cognitive behavioral work, neuro-linguistic programming and life-changing modalities such as meditation and affirmations.
