It was great when I went on book tour for my novel Dare and had my monthly “Kiss & Tell Live” events at Madame X in NYC and could meet you in person. That’s were these Love Concierge services were born.
What’s your background?
It all started in 2007 when my novel “Dare” came out and I started my advice column for Rolling Out. At the time I was hosting a show on BET. Well, actually, it started in 2005 with my inspirational Goddess Factory advice podcast that I hosted on iTunes while I was going through a break up nightmare. I was in a 10 year relationship and then a marriage that ended due to infidelity. We teach what we came to the planet to learn.
Since then I’ve been an MTV “Made” Dating Coach who took a dalliance on “Tough Love” as a social experiment and part of my love studies in how the other half thinks, host “Abiola’s Kiss & Tell TV” and Love & Lifestyle Advice Columnist for Yahoo Shine, gURL.com, Essence Online and more. Recently I created the Bombshell Academy, an online empowerment course related to my upcoming guide, “The Official Bombshell Handbook.”
My priority through it all remains YOU. I have done the same thing for the past 10 years, through books, blogs, TV, radio and web shows and award winning films: create content to empower women.
